Helpando was founded in 2013 by Fabian Dittrich. Fabian worked as part of the Zendesk Professional Services team, giving companies hands-on support with their cloud migrations. His experiences at Zendesk became the foundation for starting Helpando and building an expert team in areas relating to online customer service.

The Helpando team has helped hundreds of companies to analyze their online customer service workflows, set up their help desk accounts, train their support agents, execute Zendesk data migrations, and built custom apps to integrate with their own help desk systems.
